Stu Hoffer brings over 25 years of experience in the field of College Financial Aid Planning. He founded the Connecticut office of American College Planning Service in 1990, and since then he has worked with, and helped over 5,000 families in Connecticut, New England, and throughout the U.S. He has been associated with Fortune 100 companies, small businesses and early stage enterprises in senior management, sales and marketing, and engineering capacities. He became interested in the field of college financial aid when his three children entered Skidmore College, Bates, and Clark University, and later, Rhode Island School of Design graduate school. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration.
